TIRSAN SHARES ITS PRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT MODEL WITH THE WORLD MEDIA

As part of the interview, they have shared the history, foreign achievements, management model and 2020 goals of Tırsan, a company that has aimed to be one of the world's leading trailer manufacturers since the day it was found.  

Tırsan Trailer Board Member Ayşenur Nuhoğlu has underlined that product and service quality have had a significant place in Tırsan's 41 years of consecutive leadership and said: "TSS is the collective name of all the methods and processes that constantly produce values for our customers and ensure perfection in our product quality. We ensure constant improvement of our total cost of ownership in production using lean techniques like value stream mapping, kaizen, white collar kaizen, jishuken and kanban in our business models and management systems like on-site quality assurance management, 8-D reporting for process and product. Accordingly, we invest in the technical and lean qualifications of our teams to expand our lean and constant development culture, starting with our team leaders. As part of both human and system-centric investments. we ensure sustainability of total management systems in TSS. Our production and R&D activities that take place under this vision, are the guarantee that we will provide continuous success for our customers and for the sector."

Zeynep Nuhoğlu has also made an important statement about Tırsan's 2020 goals and said: "Our goal is to manufacture 20.000 trailers by 2020, become Europe's third largest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and rise to the eight place around the world. In order to realize our 2020 vision, we've projected an additional investment of 30 million € in our production technologies and systems to expand our production capacity and further improve our human resources."
