ROTA CREATED DIFFERENCE IN AUTOMECHANIKA WITH CONCEPT DESIGNS

1,397 participant firms met with 48,737 visitors from all over the world at Automechanika Istanbul Fair. At the fair which resulted in a record number of visitors, ROTA also exhibited the “monoblock bugi drawbar” and “compact X drawbar” products developed as a concept by the design team. The patented products represent ROTA's vision and innovative approach to design in the industry.

Monoblock Bugi Drawbar

ROTA offers the new design “monoblock bugi drawbar”, which is lighter than the conventional steering wheel, for commercial vehicle manufacturers to be used in new projects. In addition, since “monoblock bugi drawbar” is more economical than the conventional bugi drawbar, it also offers the use potential for the aftermarket area.

The developed “monoblock bugi drawbars” are characterized by a lean design, less raw material use, 20% lighter weight, and the ability to eliminate joining operations such as welds and clamps.

Compact X Drawbar

ROTA has created an alternative product with its “compact X drawbar” design in addition to the cast body drawbar, which is available on the market and which has no alternative. The” compact X drawbar” is more user-friendly than the cast x drawbar with its more economical, demountable and maintenance features.

The compact X drawbar comes to the forefront because of being an alternative design to the rigid x drawbar which has no alternative, being consisted of interchangeable components and an alternative product option for the aftermarket user.

Quality Oriented Hydraulic Cylinder Production

ROTA started its production of hydraulic cylinders for the first time in Automechanika Istanbul. ROTA started to produce hydraulic cylinders for commercial vehicles and tractors. In addition, ROTA added hydraulic cylinders for tractors and mechanical motion cylinders for agricultural equipment to its production portfolio.

ROTA hydraulic cylinders produce all processes in a standardized and validated way. The products are validated after actual field testing. The finished products are subjected to a leak test before shipment and are checked in size.
