Strong Performance in a Challenging Truck Market

Despite political and economic volatility affecting the commercial vehicle market, MAN increased its truck sales by 10% year-on-year in a market that remained flat overall. The company strengthened its position in both tractor and construction segments, becoming the preferred supplier for leading logistics and construction companies thanks to its broad product portfolio and improved supply chain capabilities.

Despite these conditions, MAN succeeded in increasing sales by 10%, clearly outperforming the market.”

Expanding Partnerships and Investing in People

In 2025, MAN expanded its customer base and established new business partnerships by responding more effectively to market demand. Improvements in supply processes enabled the company to meet fleet requirements across all product groups.

To further enhance customer satisfaction, MAN continued investing in employee development. The Aslan Training Program, held in Antalya, provided sales teams with up-to-date technical and economic insights, strengthening team spirit and readiness for 2026.

Sustainability Leadership: Electric Trucks Exceed 5 Million Kilometers

MAN reinforced its leadership in sustainable transportation with its next-generation electric trucks operating across Europe. Since the beginning of 2025, MAN electric trucks have exceeded 5 million kilometers in real-world logistics operations, demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and practical suitability.

With an average consumption of 90 kWh per 100 km, MAN eTGX vehicles have enabled customers to save approximately 3,600 tons of CO?. Over their lifetime, MAN electric trucks are expected to generate up to 172,000 tons of CO? savings, equivalent to the annual emissions of a city with a population of 32,000.

Bus Segment: Awards and Market Strength

MAN also maintained strong momentum in the bus segment. The MAN Lion’s Coach E was awarded “Sustainable Bus of the Year 2026” at Busworld Europe 2025 in Brussels, marking MAN’s third consecutive win across city, intercity, and coach categories.

The fully electric Lion’s Coach E, offering up to 650 km range, advanced driver assistance systems, and over 95% recyclable components, received top scores from the international jury. Series production is planned to begin in 2026 at MAN’s Ankara plant.

Strengthening Service Network and Digital Transformation

MAN continued to expand and modernize its service network across Türkiye, opening new facilities in Erzurum and Hatay. Spare parts sales increased by 8%, while the use of original parts rose by 13%, supported by customer-focused campaigns and operational improvements.

Digitalization remained a key priority. Following the rollout of tablet-based service systems, MAN plans to launch MANApp in 2026, enabling faster and more direct customer interaction for maintenance, service appointments, and spare parts requests.

MAN TopUsed achieved all its targets in 2025, reinforcing its position as a trusted corporate brand in the used commercial vehicle market. Transparent processes, certified inspections, customized warranty packages, and flexible financing solutions supported strong performance across truck, bus, and light commercial vehicle segments.
