We provide Information about the municipalities of Turkey to our readers on a regular basis via our Municipality File. In this broad study, you can follow the car park and future purchase plans for all municipalities in next issues of our magazine.

In this part of our Municipality File, where we examine municipalities on a regional basis, we have included Mediterranean and Aegean Region Municipalities as a continuation of the previous issue. There are 7 provinces and 93 municipalities in the Mediterranean Region, and 8 provinces and 131 municipalities in the Aegean Region. In our previous files, 33 municipalities from the Aegean Region and 13 from the Mediterranean Region were included in our survey. 11 municipalities from the provinces of Hatay, Isparta, Osmaniye and Izmir took part in our "Which Municipality Has Which Vehicle" survey study in this file. You can find the vehicle inventories of the municipalities in the table within our file. According to the results of our study; In some municipalities, it has been found that some vehicles are out of use because of malfunctioning and being old models, some municipalities participating in the survey have 2000 and 2017 model vehicles, while some municipalities buy vehicles with their own means, some municipalities purchase through State Supply Office. Also by the municipalities; It was stated by some municipalities that there are the vehicles purchased with the support of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, there are also rental cars and the vehicles granted by other municipalities. Some municipalities participating in our survey stated that they could not meet their new vehicle purchase needs due to the budget; some municipalities stated that they are considering purchasing vehicles or made new purchases. In addition to these, some municipalities stated that domestic brands are preferred in terms of spare parts availability and vehicles with low fuel consumption are preferred. Among the preferred vehicle and construction equipment brands; Ford, BMC, Isuzu, Iveco, Mercedes, Volvo, Hidromek and Caterpillar were featured.
