AKTAŞ HOLDİNG AIMS FOR A TURNOVER OF 250 MILLION DOLLARS IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS

In his speech at the event held at Crowne Plaza, Aktaş Holding Chairman İskender Ulusay has stated that they have concluded 2018 even above their goal for the year.

Ulusay said: "Every moment of this 80-year success story is filled with pride and hard work." and continued: "Our company operates in various sectors like Automotive, Construction, Industry, Defence Industry and Rail System. With 7 production and storage facilities in total, it continues its operations at a global scale. Today, we've become a company where the sun never sets. So much so that today, we continue to create value on a global scale from the United States of America to China and from Germany to Brazil. Our company's products are sold in over 100 countries on 6 continents and controls almost 17 percent of the marketshare of its sector around the world."

"We're Considering an IPO For Our Company"

Ulusay has underlined that the group has concluded 2018 with a total turnover of 100 million dollars: "According to the demand from foreign markets, we're planning a 70 percent growth in our total business volume. We're planning on making new production investments in America, India or Russia. While we develop most of our machinery on our own, we're having them manufactured in the Turkish machinery industry. As Aktaş Holding, we're the largest supplier of the 1.000 ponds project planned for 2025. In addition, we're allocating 3 percent of our turnover to R&D and have been placing great emphasis on it for the last 8 years. Our goal is to increase our turnover to 250 million dollars in the next 5 years. We're also considering an IPO for our company in 2022 or 2023."
