In his speech, Şentürk also touched on the Loyalty Program they offer to their customers, stating that their customers will now be able to access all the necessary documents through a single portal and easily place spare parts orders as well.

Beginning his speech by stating that Yalçın Trailer, a family-owned company celebrating its 48th year, continues its work on the development of special trailers and the production of new models in its area of expertise, Şentürk mentioned that they have an innovative and dynamic team. Also pointing out that approximately 75% of their sales come from export markets, Şentürk explained this as follows: “Our main market is Europe, but in addition, we serve many markets such as Africa, the Turkic Republics, and Northern Countries. Our ability to produce according to conditions, climates, regions, and customer usage habits, as well as our focus on more boutique productions, significantly expands the range of our export market.” Şentürk also mentioned that after the slowdown in Europe in 2024, their market share in Turkey has started to increase, leading them to intensify their activities in the domestic market.
Stating that a slowdown was experienced in several sectors such as mining, agriculture, energy, and shipbuilding, where they produce special vehicles in 2024, Şentürk emphasized that despite all these challenges, their ability to produce for different markets has increased their mobility.

Stating that 2024 has been a difficult year for the whole world and mentioning that the recent developments in Europe as we enter the second quarter of 2025 bring hope, Şentürk continued his statement as follows: “However, in this period where trade wars are being discussed, it is difficult to predict how long this situation will last. In 2025, we will focus on expanding our product range, producing more special trailers, and reaching more customers. Additionally, we have a goal to increase the size of our factory, which currently has 8,000 square meters of covered area, to a total of 25,000 square meters. We plan to expand it by one-third, reaching 12,500 square meters of covered area. This project will be implemented in 2026. At the same time, our factory is a Green Factory, meaning we generate our own energy. We also contribute to green transformation by sending the excess energy we produce back to the grid, and we will continue to do so. Moreover, our investments in automation and robotic manufacturing are ongoing. We are about to commission our third robot. We are constantly investing to produce higher quality, more sustainable, and longer-lasting trailers, and we continue to expand our machinery park.”

Stating information about the Loyalty Program they recently launched, Şentürk said the following: “Our vehicles are those that go abroad and require certain documents when leaving. At the same time, they continuously need some documents referred to as the Compliance Certificate at inspection stations. We have moved these to an online platform. We created a portal where we upload all technical documents, technical drawings, and photos related to the vehicle. Additionally, through this portal, spare parts can also be ordered very quickly. On our portal, we have launched different memberships such as Standard, Silver, Gold, and Platinum for our members who own different numbers of vehicles. We invite all Yalçın Trailer users to this platform.”

Last but not least, evaluating Mersin and the region, Şentürk said that: “Mersin is one of the most important cities in our country in terms of logistics. It is a crucial point both for our exports and for the logistics companies it hosts. In this region, there are also experienced companies that have been involved in heavy transportation for many years, with excellent equipment and facilities. We will reach more customers in the Mediterranean Region and establish closer relationships with them. You will see us more frequently in these regions.”
